David Quasius graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelors degree in business administration. He is a certified public accountant. After spending two years in the U.S. Army providing accounting for the VII Corps NCO and Officers' Clubs in Germany, Dave came to Quasius Construction in 1972 to manage the administrative responsibilities of the firm. He has special strengths in contract administration, cost accounting, and sales tax administration. Dave has implemented many "direct owner purchase" programs that have resulted in project savings for our clients.

Gerald Jochman graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering with a bachelor of science degree in architectural engineering. In 1982, he received his certification as a Professional Engineer. Gerry has 20 years experience in structural and civil engineering, construction management and general construction industry. He spent eight years in the field of power plant construction, both nuclear and fossil-fired units. Gerry has been managing major construction projects at Quasius for the past 12 years. He has proven his excellence in the coordination of projects involving major new construction and remodeling while maintaining on-going operations. One of Gerry's most challenging recent projects was the third floor remodeling of the Mead Public Library in Sheboygan. He was also involved in several remodeling projects at St. Nicholas Hospital and the expansion for Project ant Will-Pemco, Sheboygan.

Steven Woods is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a bachelor of science degree in building design and construction. Steve has 20 years of experience estimating and managing institutional, commercial, and industrial construction projects. He is talented in systematic project coordination, computer generated scheduling, conceptual estimation through final budget preparation. Steve has extensive experience in value engineering providing each client with the best balance of quality, function and price.
