1891 George Quasius began his own construction company doing primarily residential work.
1935 George's sons, Arthur, Raymond and Leslie join the firm which becomes known as Quasius & Sons and start constructing light commercial and industrial buildings.
1948 Quasius incorporates, and is named Quasius Bros., Inc. It grows to be a major regional construction company.
1950s and 1960s Quasius Brothers performs many projects for the Kohler Co., and Village of Kohler. Kohler Memorial High School & Theatre, a state-of-the-art cultural facility, is constructed.
The Company establishes itself as the major player in the construction of manufacturing, warehousing & office spaces in Sheboygan as local industries build and rebuild. Also performed is the historical restoration of the Wade House.
1970s and 1980s Responding to changes in the retail market the company expanded its scope and territory; constructing 40 department and discount stores for the H.C. Prange Company over a three state area.
1979-1983 saw extensive renovation of Kohler's American Club into a luxury hotel complex.

In 1980, Raymond Quasius Jr. & David Quasius signal the third generation of the Quasius family to head the company.

1990s The company's name is changed to Quasius Construction, Inc.
1993 David Quasius, George's grandson is named president.
