OVERVIEW OF FIRM'S DESCRIPTION AND EXPERIENCE

Quasius Construction, Inc. is a construction services firm working primarily in Wisconsin. Headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, it performs work as either an agency construction manager, a construction manager/constructor, a design/build partner or as a general contractor. The company was established in 1891 and thus has been providing construction services for over 100 years.

Our staff of building professionals include two professional Engineers, another degreed engineer, a CPA as our business administration officer and eight construction superintendents. Our construction crews number between 60 to 100 tradesmen. We are a union contractor and thus our skilled trades have gone through comprehensive apprenticeship training programs to become journeymen. Many of our superintendents are graduates of advanced individual training provided through the Associated General Contractors of America- Supervisor Training Program. We believe quality and service can best be achieved by the best-trained work force.

When we aren’t acting in an agency Construction Management capacity, Quasius Construction Inc. normally self-performs the concrete, masonry and carpentry divisions of a project. We lead by example. Our quality workmanship, service and attention to detail is also required of the subcontractors and material suppliers that work on our projects. In either case, quality control is a primary consideration.

A substantial amount of our business is with clients with whom we have worked in the past and established a level of trust upon which we place an extremely high value. The fact that we are able to retain clients over the years speaks highly of our commitment to excellence and our ability to deliver quality construction at competitive pricing. We also take pride in our safety record and the unique safety programs we put in place not only to protect our own employees but our client’s employees, customers and the general public as well.

Quasius Construction has constructed many unique and interesting projects over its 110-year life. Projects that you may be familiar with include the Sheboygan County Rocky Knoll facility, Kohler's original American Club convention center, rooms and parking facility, the JMK Performing Arts Addition, the Kohler High School auditorium, Sheboygan County Historical Museum and the Sheboygan Mead Library addition. As a full service general contractor, we of course have great credentials in remodeling and new construction of churches, schools and institutional buildings as well as major industrial, commercial, office and manufacturing work in the area.
